as officially confirmed by the city of Krefeld, we will stay in distance classes at least until the end of next week (April 30th).
Unfortunately, it is currently only possible to plan lessons on a weekly basis. Nevertheless, I wish you a sunny weekend.
R. Shai, principal
Dear parents, the reports for third and fourth graders will be sent to you by mail this year. The school reports will be sent on January 26th, 2021.
As announced yesterday and presented in the press, the schools will be closed until January 31, 2021. A decision that, given the current situation with uncertain data and the mutated virus, seems to be inevitable.
There should be supervision in the schools for pupils in grades 1 to 6. "But this should", according to Ms. Gebauer, "not be lessons and not be provided by teachers".
Parents should leave the children at home whenever possible. Anyone who has a childcare problem there can take advantage of the additional childhood illness days promised by the federal government.
If you need to make use of the emergency care for your child, please register your child with the class teacher by Friday, January 8th, 2021, 9 a.m.
The time required for emergency care depends on your child's teaching time on the days in question. Children who attend the open full day at the Brothers Grimm School also have the opportunity to do so in January.
Emergency care starts at 8:10 a.m. From then on the children have to be in the classes. Switching back and forth between emergency care and distance learning is not possible. Please register your child for at least one week.
If necessary, please register your child for emergency care using the linked form or informally with the class teacher by January 8, 2021, 9 a.m. Only registered children can be looked after.
With best regards
R. Shai, principal
